The Carlton Palace Hotel left a great impression overall. The rooftop pool was stunning, and many staff members were genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, one employee had a less than pleasant attitude, which somewhat affected the experience. Still, the service was largely commendable.

The hotel had great onsite amenities like a car rental desk and a tour desk, making it easy to explore with my large family. The breakfast was exceptional, catering to all tastes, which was perfect for us with four babies needing varied options.
In my wife’s opinion, the children’s pool hours were too limited for families.
